As of September 2024, the subscription rate for noorana is $3 per student per month for the Guide/Teacher portal.

The subscription rate for noorana is per active student. Parent and staff accounts are included at no additional charge.

When new schools sign up for the noorana platform, we charge a one-time on-boarding fee of $2500. This charge includes setting up your school account, uploading your school and student information, assistance with parent onboarding, and training your team. This online process is designed to help you quickly and seamlessly transition your school to the noorana platform.

We do offer in-person training for an additional fee. Contact us to discuss your school’s needs. We’d be happy to work with you on a solution that is best for your team.

The noorana platform is intuitive and easy to use and our training is just as simple. Our training consists of four key parts:

1. Onboarding your school data into the platform
2. Support onboarding student and parent information
3. Dedicated Guide and Admin training on your schedule
4. Ongoing access to online knowledge base and customer support

Noorana currently offers parents the ability to upload student and family information into the platform and photo sharing. As part of our initiative to create meaningful communication between schools and families, our photo sharing options are tied to lessons and student progress milestones.

Yes, because noorana is designed to be used on tablets, we are offering simpler and more meaningful ways to share photos with parents. With our Milestones feature, Guides/teachers can take photos in the moment and instantly link them directly to specific lessons with descriptions and captions. This method of photo sharing is designed to connect parents to the Montessori process and help them understand how the lessons work and connect the concept to their child’s educational progress.

Yes, noorana was designed to address the need for consistent and accurate information gathering.  Our platform offers robust reporting features to assist guides/teachers and administrators with classroom management and record keeping.

Yes, based on your school’s preference, noorana is equipped with the complete AMI or AMS curriculum.  The curriculum includes lesson cards with full descriptions and materials needed for each lesson.

Yes, in addition to the pre-loaded lesson cards, guides/teachers can create custom lessons and extensions for their classroom.

Depending on your previous platform, we may be able to transfer your existing student data into noorana. Because each school may use other software platforms in different ways, we will need to work with each school on an individual basis.  Please contact us to discuss your school’s needs.

Absolutely! Noorana was designed to be used on tablets to allow for in-the-moment observations and notes with the tap of a screen. Noorana is also equally compatible for use on laptops. 

Noorana was created by and designed specifically for the Montessori community. While we are focused on helping the Montessori community simplify school management, we may offer options for non-Montessori schools in the future. Stay tuned for updates.
